This is going to a little different blog. I call it nice and short because it’s about jogging and listening to music while jogging. I yanked myself away from my computer last night because Monday and Tuesday was a bust for exercising. Did I have a good reason for not exercising? Sort of. Monday I was so damn tired and Tuesday I had a mouth full of Novocain for a long time and my teeth hurt more than usual. I was out the door around 8:50 p.m. I got to the gym and no one was there until a couple came inside, went back outside, came in again, and left. This was all in a span of one minute. Weird. My goal was four miles, but by the end of three miles my body said no more. I lifted weights, forever focusing on my biceps, triceps, and especially my upper back because I sit in a chair all day for work. I have a list of standard songs I listen to when warming up, during the middle of it, and for HIIT sessions where I tend to crank up the volume although I didn’t do it last night. Last night my jog felt heavy and as I listened to a few different bands, I couldn’t wait for it to be done. Here are some of them in no particular order.
