Fire Country is an hour-long drama show (with commercials) with three seasons and a fourth to start this October. The creators of this show are Tony Phelan, Joan Rater, and Max Thierot. It is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and is rated TV-14. The show focuses on the Leone family where members are either a firefighter or police officer including Sharon Leone (Diane Farr) as Cal Fire Division Chief and Vince Leone (Billy Burke) as Cal Fire Battalion Chief. This Northern California fire crew are part of their fire family including Jake Crawford (Jordan Calloway), Gabriela Perez (Stephanie Arcila), and Eve Edwards (Jules Latimer). Everything appears normal with Cal Fire until Bode Donovan (Max Thierot) arrives to a Conservation Camp Program along with a group of prisoners in order to shorten their prison sentences. Bode finds a mentor in the Captain of the Camp Program, Manny Perez (Kevin Alejandro), but trouble seems to follow him. Recurring or guest actors worth mentioning are Walter Leone (Jeff Fahey), Audrey James (Leven Rambin), Freddy Mills (Tré Davis), Camden Casey (Jared Padalecki), Mickey Fox (Morena Baccarin), Luke Leone (Michael Trucco), Riley Leone (Jade Pettyjohn), and Rebecca Lee (Fiona Rene). This is basically a family drama show about firefighting.
I rate Fire Country FOUR FINGERS and ONE THUMB at 93%.
