Hands down this show deserves to be watched for several reasons but this show was cancelled after one season. Again, I’m still recommending it because the cast and characters was what kept my attention. Countdown is about a task force of different law enforcement agencies coming together for a common cause of capturing the people responsible for killing a Homeland Security officer. As the agents race around Los Angeles to solve this murder, they realize there is further investigation needed. They come to realize there is a bigger threat that might wipe out large portions of the city population. The cast includes Jensen Ackles as Detective Mark Meachum, Jessica Camacho as Special Agents Amber Oliveras, Violett Beane as Special Agent Evan Shepherd, Elliot Knight as FBI Special Agent Keyonte Bell, Uli Latukefu as Detective Luke Finau, and Eric Dane as FBI Special Agent Nathan Blythe. The actors playing the bad guys are equally good with Bogdan Yasinski as Borys Vusovich and Grant Harvey as Todd. There are 13 episodes at 50 minutes long each.

I rate Countdown FOUR FINGERS and ONE THUMB at 95%.
