Since I never posted this when I should’ve, here are the facts for last week.
The oldest recipe in existence is for beer. This doesn’t surprise me.
In 1977 a 13 year old child found a tooth growing out of his left foot. I can believe this.
In Britain’s 2001 census, 390,000 people listed ‘Jefi’ as their religious affiliation. Not sure what Jefi means.
The Empire State Building in New York gets struck by lightning about 23 times a year. Not surprising.
The idea of painting fingernails originated in China where the color indicated their social rank. I’m guessing this was only for women.
Temperature can affect a person’s appetite. A cold person is more likely to eat food. I guess this is why they call it the 5 to 10 you gain during winter or maybe it’s because of the holidays.
