It’s taken me a long time to watch all these movies and I have watched even more but it wasn’t worth mentioning them. These were the best ones I could recommend for reasons of pure entertainment or pure artistry or pure realism. Treat some as completely stupid and goofy. Treat others as serious in nature.
I’ve watched more than ten movies, but these were the ones I decided to include. I’ve gotten back into writing a little bit and coloring too. Frankly, I’m trying to just do things to keep busy because I’m getting tired after getting enough sleep. I blame it on my autoimmune thing I’m dealing with and
The Invisible Man (2020) is about Cecilia Cass who is trying to get away from her husband she doesn’t think is dead. It stars Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge, Storm Reid, Harriet Dyer, Michael Dorman, and Oliver Jackson-Cohen. It is directed by Leigh Whannell. Miami Vice (2006) is about Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs working undercover
The Disaster Artist (2017) is about the real story of Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero moving to Hollywood, CA and making a movie titled The Room. The only problem was it wasn’t supposed to be a comedy when it debuted in the theatre. Okay, there were more problems but that was the biggest one. It
Well, this is sort of right as these are the last ones that aren’t James Bond movies. Some of them weren’t what I expected such as Election that was pretty dark and despite its bad reviews, I liked Jonah Hex. The more serious and dramatic movies of If Beale Street Could Talk and Flight had
The Spades of The Card Counter Ever since I saw him on A Most Violent Year, I knew Oscar Isaac was an actor to keep watching. This particular movie, dark and gritty in its material, because this is what Paul Schrader does as a writer and director definitely showcases Oscar Issac’s talents. Issac plays a
Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway (2021) is about Peter Rabbit adjusting to his life with Mr. McGregor getting married and getting into more trouble. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012) is about Sean Anderson trying to find his missing grandfather with his stepdad. Ford v Ferrari (2019) is about the competition between Ford and Ferrari
There’s a few go-to movies I watch when I’m doing other things or wanting to watch again for some reason. If they are on TV, I will pick one of them instead of watching any other movie unless it’s one I haven’t seen before or TV show. Here is my list of movies, so far,
That’s the guy, my uncle Tony. The guy I went to hell for. -Christopher Moltisanti- This review doesn’t have any major spoilers! From Saint to Soprano The Many Saints of Newark is the precursor to Tony Soprano and everyone that worked under him. In this movie, Tony is growing up under the wings of his
Here are the last eight movies I watched in 2021. I would say watch all of them although Damacus Cover is the weakest one of all. Definitely watch Looper for its story plus seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt with blue eyes is a little weird, Niagara for the acting of Frank Sinatra, and Jungle Cruise for its
I’ve watched more movies than these eight, but these were the ones I think were the worthiest to watch out of all of them. This will basically be a quick recap of each one. The Courier and Mary Shelley are the drama/biography movies. Godzilla vs. Kong and Along with the Gods are the action/sci-fi/fantasy movies. Unhinged and Escape Plan: The Extractors are what I call take it
I have never recommended a movie without seeing it and definitely when it has not been widely released until now. This is one of those movies I’m confident will be great to watch. It is based on the book by Sara Gay Forden although the Gucci family isn’t too happy about the film’s release. I’m
Because I never got around to writing my short movie reviews for these in May, here are the last five movies I watched last month. They are in no particular order and of course, the two movies I encourage anyone to watch or watch again are The Great Debaters and Dredd. Next, I would watch
